I had a great experience with Advantage Homes. Debbie Rebolk and Alex Nguyen were very professional. Once I got the keys to our home Debbie was there we went over every inch of the home to make sure everything was to my standards. She made sure I understood everything about the mobile home. Went over the booklet the warranty. I would recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for a mobile home.

My wife and I were looking for homes in the oceanside area. We were having some really bad luck with pushy realtors in the area. So we took it upon ourselves to just drive around a look. We found a house that we both really loved. The realtor was Advatage homes. Salesperson was Norma. I called her up right away and asked her about the home. She was out of the area, but she had someone from her office meet us at the home. We looked at the inside of the house and love it. We made a offer with Norma that same night. We made it really tough on Norma, because we were trying to buy a home and plan a wedding almost in the same month. Norma made the process very smooth. She always kept us up to date on what was going on with the seller, lender and escrow. She promised to get us in the home and she did. I wish we would have found her 6 months ago. Norma was a total proffesional, along with all the people at advantage homes that helped in getting our new home.
