It's not just that she is nice, and fun to work with, and returns calls immediately. She is an excellent negotiator and can work out problems that come up. This is the third home we've tried to buy, the others fell through for one reason or another. But this one was really our dream home. When problems came up on the building and termite inspection, Cathy stepped in. She knows and works with lots of contractors, and was able to get the work all done at a very discounted rate. In fact, her contractor was so good, I hired him to do repairs on our other home.

From looking at the home for the first time, to moving in, took only 9 days. The seller was very satisfied, and we were thrilled.
