My wife and I went here yesterday to get information about purchasing a manufactured home. We were connected with Christine and she was extremely friendly, professional, honest, and personable. She showed us four homes and even gave us packet for us to review. She was upfront about costs and what to expect in the application process if wanting to apply for a home and lot. She even said to check out the near by competitor just to make sure we are doing our research. I don't hear that from any other salesperson as they typically say that they are the best and yada yada. She was very knowledgeable and if we do move forward with this process, we will be requesting on meeting with her again.

We had the pleasure of working with Michael Hendrix to sell our unit in Plaza Del Rey. He was fantastic throughout the entire process from detailed up front discussions about our options, being accommodating to the restrictions of our relocation company, coordinating potential buyers during COVID, and consistently providing updates (especially important as we moved out of state soon after listing). We bought our home five years ago from them. It was the greatest experience ever. I'm must apologize for the oversight on my part for not taking the time to recognize how great they were through the entire purchase. I guess I was so pleased and in awe in purchasing my turn key almost new manufactured home. I just adored my home and didn't acknowledge to two most important people that made our dream come true. That being said, I need to take the time now to acknowledge two of the best realtors selling manufactured homes Robert and Jennifer Costa. My own experience working with Robert and Jennifer Costa was the most pleasant purchase we have ever done when purchasing property. I dealt with many realtors during the hunt for our perfect home before I met Robert and Jennifer. We were looking at Single Family Homes not manufactured. My experience at that time was not so pleasant I felt like I was being overlooked or ignore. I was highly stressed that my calls were being unanswered when I was calling them regarding property I was interested in. I felt like some of their other obligations or clients were higher priority for them than us. The SFH at that time were mainly foreclosed home, many people were losing their homes due to the type of loan they had when they bought the home. The payments escalated beyond their ability to continue to make payments. I noticed their anger by the damage they did to their homes before letting the bank take it from them. Some of the homes were completely demolished in need of so much repair. The thought of paying a $2500.00 mortgage monthly then still have funds to make repairs was really not realistic for us. Yes, we want a nice home but we were not willing to put ourselves in debt trying to remodel a home we just purchased at the current market rate. We then decided to view almost new manufactured homes. When I say almost new I mean just built within the last two-three years. The new manufacture homes are gorgeous inside. You would never know your in a manufactured home when standing inside the home. We found one in 2010 that was only 3 yrs old many of the items, washer dryer, refrigerator, stove, AC, heater, fireplace in the home still had factory warranties. When I called the realtor named on the sign , I was now speaking within Robert Costa I met Jennifer a few days later. Robert projected a warm and honest interest during our conversation. He was willing to drop what he was doing to come and meet me at the property since I was there already. I was completely impressed by their customer service. . He listens to your wants and desires. They both display a genuine care that you get the house that you desired to own.

Island in the kitchen, lights recessed in the ceiling, jacuzzi tub, A beautiful home on a nice senior park with lots of amenities and a much lower mortgage than buying a SFH. We have a turn key home that we did not have to do anything to except move our furniture in and enjoy our new home with a stress free mortgage. Robert and Jennifer made it possible for us to live comfortably. Thank you Robert and Jennifer you both are truly the best!! My review may be long but it is well deserved and should have been on your Yelp page five years ago. Again, my apologies. I was looking for an agent to sell my parent's mobile home. I searched Yelp and found Advantage Homes which led me to Michael Hendrix after reading the review recommendations. Michael was quick to response. We met in person and he guided me through the mobile home selling process. He was very personable and knowledgeable especially with the park . I decided to have Michael as our agent. With the guidance from Michael, the process was seamless and the sale was swift. Highly recommend Michael!

Advantage homes are amazing. I drive past this place every day. The place always looks super clean and they have multiple model homes you can check out at any given time. The thing that took it over the top for me was the free community easter egg event they held for everyone. Free of charge to anyone who would like to come. I decided to stop by and check it out and was pretty awesome to see a business do this. Caring for the community is a big plus in my books. I was able to speak to a couple agents and get a good insight on what they have to offer. All the agents were professional which I liked. Even though I had a lot of questions they were able to answer them right on the spot. Looking to buy a home soon and I can definitely say Advantage homes would be the first place I would head to.

Cathy Bucalo is who you want to go with if you are selling a manufactured home. She understands the business and differences between selling a Mobil home vs. a house.

Most of all and what stood out was her true sincerity of wanting to do what is best for us. We had several offers for our house, but ended up taking it off the market due to family planning. We were worried about telling her - but she understood and was supportive of our decision. If our home ever goes back on the market, Cathy will be our first call. We appreciate everything she helped us with.
