Jennifer Costa was born and raised in the Bay Area. She attended Ohlone College and California State University Hayward majoring in Biology with emphasis in Biotechnology. After 5 years as a Research Associate at a Biotech Company, Jennifer was ready for a change. In 2005 she became a Housing Consultant with Advantage Homes and began working with her husband, Robert who had been in the business since the late 1990’s. Additionally, Jennifer is also a licensed Realtor, a mom of two, and she volunteers her time to various non-profit organizations.
